Here's another house for your simmies. This one is quite different from the last one, because I had a little story in my head.
50 years ago a husband and wife lived in a beautiful old home. They were happy, and very nice. They liked to read together on the top floor, when it was full moon. But a year after their 50th wedding anniversary, they both died at the same time, and nobody knows how they died. Also, nobody found them or the top floor. The house remaind uninhabited for years, and the plants began to overgrow the yard. But at this day, the 'For Sale' bord is gone.. The people in the neighborhood fear the worst. There were rumours that the old man and wife still read on the top floor at full moon, while still no one has found the top floor..
This explains why the house is old styled. Also, I included an 'tomb'. I playtested the house, but one time it worked, the other time not. If you have problems, tell me so I can improve this and you can play further :)
